I want to Edit or Cancel my Order
Once your order is placed, it is processed and sent to our warehouse for shipment as quickly as possible. At this stage, we are unable to make any changes to your order to ensure swift delivery.
Please note that the following changes cannot be made once your order is in processing:
- Cancelling your order or removing items
- Modifying the color or size of any items
- Adding items to your order
- Changing your billing or shipping address
- Updating your payment method
- Changing your shipping method
- Adding or removing gift cards

Track My Order

Redirecting An Order
Domestic Shipments
Once an order is placed, we are unable to reroute it. If you have UPS My Choice you can select to have it routed to a UPS Access Point.
Refused Shipments
If your package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to sender, you will be refunded once the order has been received and processed in our warehouse. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped, so please place a new order for your items.

Order Cut-Off Times
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm PT/3pm ET will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
